Welcome to Oranmore Skin Health. I’m Dr. Martin Keenan, a GP with a deep-rooted passion for skin health and aesthetics. While I began my medical career in general practice, I’ve always been fascinated by dermatology, leading me to pursue a Diploma in Dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and a Diploma in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine from the University of South Wales. Through these qualifications and hands-on experience, I’ve built a strong foundation in skin health and aesthetic treatments. I’m also fully trained and certified in a range of aesthetic procedures, including botulinum toxin (both foundation and advanced levels), skin boosters, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), microneedling, and polynucleotides.

Before entering medicine, I earned first-class honours in Psychology and Mathematics, which fostered a holistic approach to patient care. Understanding each patient’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being allows me to create personalized treatment plans that are as unique as the individuals I treat. My goal is to help my patients feel confident and well cared for, ensuring each experience at Oranmore Skin Health is centered around trust, quality, and a commitment to their health and beauty goals.
